Ronchi Supertoys

Constructed in 2018 in Busnago (MI) for Programma e Valori S.r.l. and Estinvest S.p.A., the two buildings designed by Studio Pier Emilio Panzeri represent an industrial project focused on architectural quality and corporate image. The facades are made of approximately 260 prefabricated thermally insulated panels, featuring a custom-made three-dimensional texture.

The initial idea stems from an image provided by the client, which was then developed by the design studio until it was applied to the exterior surfaces. The customized 3D texture is structured on different levels of relief and is further enhanced by backgrounds in shades of gray and red, lending depth and dynamism to the façade.

The two main sides, directly visually connected, are distinguished from the rest of the complex by an ash gray finish and a finely washed finish, which enhance their materiality and precision execution. Overall, the project combines attention to detail, technical control, and aesthetic coherence, translating a graphic idea into a concrete and recognizable architectural result.
