Art Cosmetics

Built between 2017 and 2018 in Fornovo San Giovanni (BG) for Art Cosmetics S.r.l., the production complex designed by architect Oggioni and surveyor Carminati represents an industrial project with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on the brand’s identity. The project encompasses over 7,000 square meters of façades, constructed with prefabricated thermally insulated panels with custom textures.

A total of 207 white panels, 76 red panels, and 40 parking panels were used, all designed and produced with specific geometries for the complex. The production and logistics areas are distinguished by the use of Tx Active white concrete panels, characterized by three-dimensional curved shapes that give the surfaces a dynamic and luminous feel.

Particular attention was paid to the façades of the service building, where a dedicated surface treatment, combined with the cement matrix, evokes the gloss typical of cosmetic products. The result is a coherent and measured whole, in which industrial functionality is integrated with an aesthetic research capable of reflecting the philosophy and image of Art Cosmetics.
