This incorporates all the technological innovations offered by our Group: the anti-seismic multistorey Brooklyn structure, the Eco-Ventilated slabs and dividing panels. Products that interact, so guaranteeing high performance: the structure is totally hidden, as everything sits within the thickness of the flat intrados slab; ventilation is guaranteed throughout the building and, thanks to the system of ventilated facades and floors with communicating ducts, forms a network of ventilation in all three directions (transverse, vertical and longitudinal). |
